Upon your request, Macklin's is able to provide professional staff for your event. Minimum time charged will be four hours. Time charged will include set up and break down of the event. The number of staff will be determined by the number of guests and type of event being catered.
We also have TABC certified bartenders available.
Standard chafing dishes and serving utensils are provided at no additional fee. Macklin's also provides clear plastic plates and eating utensils for the buffet. If additional rentals are needed, we will work with M&M Event Specialists to take care of your requests.

We, at Macklin's, understand the importance of the 'finishing touches'. Whatever your decor needs may be, from simple floral design to themed events, we are here to help.
Information & Policy
We request when possible that all orders be placed by 3pm the day before delivery to ensure that we can prepare and deliver your order when requested. Of course we understand when emergencies arise, and we will do everything in our power to accommodate last minute requests.
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. We make every effort to honor cancellations; but if food preparation has begun, a minimum charge of 50% of the original order will be charged.
Menu substitutions may be necessary if any ingredient is unavailable or found unsatisfactory to our chef.
There is a 10 person minimum for all orders.
As a full service caterer, we are available to deliver any time and anywhere in order to meet your needs.
Delivery fees start at $25.
Staffing can be arranged for your event. There is a $35 per hour server charge, $35 for a bartender and $45 for a chef, as well as a 20% service fee.
We accept company checks, and most major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. We do have house accounts available for your convenience as well.
