-We request when possible that all orders be placed by 3pm the day before delivery to insure that we can prepare and deliver your order when requested. Of course we understand when emergencies arise, and we will do everything in our power to accommadate last minute requests.
-We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. We make every effort to honor cancellations; but if food preparation has begun, a minimum charge of 50% of original order will be charged.
-Menu substitutions may be necessary if any ingredient is unavailable or found unsatisfactory to our chef.
-There is a 10 person minimum for all orders.
-As a full service caterer, we are available to deliver any time and anywhere in order to meet your needs.
Delivery fees start at $25.
-Staffing can be arranged for your event. There is a $35 per hour per server charge, $35 for a bartender and $45 for a chef, and a 20% service fee.
-We accept company checks, and most major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover. We do have house accounts available for your convenience as well.
